Beautiful hotel in the hoover area, staff was amazing and after staying next door for 3 nights this hotel was a refreshing change. Debra at the front desk was able to get us a room after leaving the other hotel and was pleasant and more than willing to help read more.

Everything in our room and the hotel is broken and outdated 30 years. Rust on the doors, shower curtain ripped- phone has been jerked out of the wall so much cords are frayed read more.
