Al Frash is one of my go-to balti houses to show visitors a real Birmingham balti, unfortunately on this occasion I was badly let down. We ordered two baltis a butterfly and a chicken balti and both were far too oily, and too much...ghee had been used overpowering the flavour and making the curry far too fatty.
