this morning for a quick coffee at the sutton coldfield shop. during the queuing (although I didn't notice) there was an older man wearing an oxygen mask behind me. it wasn't until the asst manager came past me, I knew, but he asked the man to take a place, and he would command him and bring him to his table. I almost picked up. I thought now that this is just super customer service and great to see this day and age.... View all feedback.
