Not even the third waiter had any clue what vegan is and enthusiastically suggested beef or fish as one of the many vegan dishes . After a lot of back and forth and me almost starving I ordered the vegetarian Lagman. Was it vegan? Only God knows. Was it worth the struggle? Definitely not, it hardly had any taste.
