I ate at Jacks yesterday and you're right, they used to be kind and now they think they're too good for others. The service was OK. The food, you never know what you'll get. Once you get bread and now you ask if you want it. Well, if it's part of the meal, then just take it, I'll pay for it. Meat has changed, it's terrible. I won't be back.
