We think the food is great but even better is the super service. Gina, the boss is something special. Lila, the chef, gets an A+ for her creations Adrian her cohorts excel. Second disappointing dinner in a row. Cuccia's is clearly understaffed and under trained. Service was slow to nonexistent. Had to remind wait staff that we order wine and what our dinner order was as they only delivered half of it. Took another 20 minutes to complete the order. Our waitress was nonexistent.
