I've been visiting since Kaku first opened. It's without a doubt the best and freshest poke in Michigan. I'm extremely picky about where I'll eat sushi and Kaku always makes the cut. The owner is the former head chef at Ronin in Royal Oak. That's why it's like Ronin Ordering is similar to Chipotle. You walk down a line and they put together your bowl.
