I had a less than desirable stay. Snack shop food outdated and moldy. Paid cash up front then charged on Card. Spoke with GM promised I had money coming back and have yet to see it. It's been 6 weeks.The lady at the front desk acted flustered and didn't seem to recognize me as a customer. From check in to problems in snack shop and on check out she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. View all feedback.
