For the price I would have thought the quality of the food preparation would be a little bit better. The halibut crudo was excellent and beautifully presented with edible flowers. But the garlic vegetable soup was described such that I thought it would be blended smooth, instead, it was chunks of carrots with the tops still on and leftover mushrooms floating in a garlicky broth, it was tasty, but looked awful.
