Last time we came, several months ago, we were ignored for 15 min while staff stood around talking. We left and went elsewhere. I have no clue what's going on with this place but I haven't gotten a satisfactory order from them in over a year. Most of the time it's lackluster quality or poor tasting food. This past time I got half of my order from a delivery service and that was after the driver went back and reminded them that our drinks weren't there. If you don't care, I don't either. I am a huge fan of Applebees. This one is definitely not the worst but also far from the best....
