This is authentic Quebec at its best! By far and away the best breakfast around. The house potatoes are perhaps the best in the world. We needed a quick bite to eat and assumed (wrongly) that Bellepros would be quick since we were ordering egg and bacon. Well it took one hour to get our bacon and egg in a cold room on a dirty table. The staff was harried and flushed. No lattes. The waffle was dry and cardboardy. The rest of the food was warm and tasty but still digesting it 5 hours later.
