On October 22nd SBM was holding a new hire orientation and hard ordered 60 personal pizzas. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately at the last minute we had to cancel our event. We still got our pizzas and were able to donate them to a local women children’s shelter. Kept trying to call and cancel an order I had just placed online. They continued to pick up the phone and hang up so I never got to speak with anyone. Contacted their customer service line and was able to cancel the order. I guess they didn?t feel likeworking today. read more.
