my wife and I are regulars and we had a favorite waitress of our carrie. she's a dynamite waitress. service was great. my wife ordered the ribs and they were not so great. When the ripening came on the menus, they were ripping the baby backs and they were great. from whatever reason they are now the st. Louis-Style clips serve and they are not so good, very hard.
