We stayed at the hotel and had the dinner at the restaurant after a long day of traveling. We had entrecôte at 24EUR. The potatoes was clearly pre done and re heated for our dinner. The “poivre vert” sauce was bechamel kind with a few peppercorns. The “Roquefort” sauce was the same bechamel base with just a bit of blue cheese taste. The beef it self was so so.
