Hotel is very well appointed, staff was great and the included breakfast was top notch. The one complaint we had was that we had a room overlooking the plaza, with a view of the Opera House. What they failed to tell us was that the night crowds in the plaza are very noisy and they are out all hours of the night. Despite this being a top hotel, our dining experience was woeful. It was a buffet: the only fish was salmon (no seafood, although a previous email had promised that) and the only meat was chicken. Such a paucity of choice was way below the expected standard. the service was rather off-hand and painfully slow. View all feedback.
