The food was definitely authentic. We had pasteles, alcapurrias for appetizers and they were very good. We also had chicken empanadas for appetizers and unfortunately they were a little dry. I was somewhat disappointed because I had the grilled snapper and it was a little dry also. My husband liked his food very much however the chicken was cold. excellent restaraunt. eating is as authentic as everywhere. so authentic that my dame, which is puerto rican, had actually been drinking in her eyes. She said it was because eating was cooked exactly as her mother and grandmother made and it's years ago that she had PR food so authentic. we were twice in two weeks and complained to be there more often. this place is simply excellent.
