Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Wives Prime Rib was tough and bland. My bison steak was too tough to chew. The last bad steak I had was at Frank's Chop House in Boulder last May. We learned tonight that Frank's closed down and some of thestaff moved here. Coincidence?
