Un pizzaiolo est spécialement affecté au VRAI four à pizzas. We were hungry and wanted an early dinner, and this restaurant was open and the manager welcoming. We ordered a pizza as well as an entrecote steak. No entrecote was available and the manager suggested the rumpsteak instead, saying it was quite tender. I asked for the beef to be served medium rare. But the beef was cut as a lump of meat the size and shape of a fist, so there was really no way to do that on the grill.... View all feedback.
