Had the asparagus starter with egg and then one of the best Ris de Veau ((Sweetbreads) I've had in Paris. Small but nice wine list... attentive staff. It used to be my favourite restaurant in Paris, however it has recently changed management and service drastically went down together with the real spirit of the previous Le Gorgeon. We were forgotten for the whole night at our table. Bad news for Boulogne. Bye bye Le Gorgeon. View all feedback.
