I've ordered chicken on the rocks three times, and the rice is always undercooked. How can you operate a Mediterranean restaurant, but not know how to atleast cook rice? Chicken flavour is slightly bland and could use more seasoning. Garlic sauce is your typical garlic sauce, you can find at other shawarma restaurants.
