Came in here waiting for a pickup order, and witnessed something unacceptable . A customer came in after me, and approached the register to place an order. The manager, very rudely, yelled at the customer to go to the kiosk. The customer explained that they cannot, because they cannot read. Witnessed the employees being rude to seniors and forcing them to use the kiosk and not letting...
nobody seemed to want to take my order so it looked like they avoided the register for a while...
