Not to be mean, but the staff here needs some training. The last three times I've been here have taken anywhere from 10-15 minutes to get even just a basic coffee. I just got a Pumpkin Spiced Latte, the flagship drink of this season, with 0%milk and no whip, and the drink had both those things. This wouldn't normally have been a problem, but at the 13 minute mark, when I'm one of three people, getting a single drink... View all feedback.

Had to wait 10 min for just 1 ice coffee..they concentrate on drive thru not instore
