First of all they can't even see the open table reservations so that was a waste of time. The food was luke warm at best..although the pretzel was good. My son's food came out 15 minutes after our food came out. Trying to flag down a server was ridiculous because it seemed that they had 1 server for the bar and the dining area because it was lunch time. Service was terribly slow.
