The Star Hotel Bright is a centrally located venue offering a great atmosphere to enjoy drinks and hearty pub meals with friends. With plenty of entertainment like Fox Sports on all TVs, full TAB facilities, and background music, it's the perfect spot to relax. Two outdoor dining areas provide views of Star Road and the Great Alpine Road, ideal for festival weekends. This is the "Chop Suey" I was served up at The Star.I cannot explain the repulsiveness of a couple of vegetables,large chunks of chicken swimming in what seemed to be milk.This is nothing like what it should have been.Never go back,very embarassing taking visitors there on the Queens Birthday weekend. Only went because every other place in town was booked out. Walked in to an old pub with staine...
The food is very good and very reasonably priced. Servings are quite big. I have never seen so...
The menu card of the local is also suitable for vegetarians, as there are courses that entirely abstain from meat, and even has gluten-free dishes on the menu list.
