Not only was the place spotless,but the person taking and making my order was extremely helpful in answering any question I had and offering suggestions. My hubby and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Sandwiches are ok. Customer service is seriously lacking. Noone spoke when walked in and we were their only customers. They just looked at us like we were crazy. After standing in line for a while we were finally acknowledged. My hubby mentioned that this was our first time at JM's. Still no response no smile.
