This is hands down the best fish and chips in Brighton. The fish was meaty, flavoursome with a crisp batter I chose the haddock and chips and the hospitality was first class, friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt about where the fish is sourced, how the fish that reaches the plate is often seasonal and how much care and attention goes into the prep.
