Came here because New Shanghai was closing up around 8pm on a Wednedsay night. This was quite delicious although the waitress did seem a bit hesitant to act when I asked for Vinegar with my dumplings. I liked the soup inside my steamed Siu Loong Bow and the lightly fried skin of my Pot Stickers. We also loved the beans. Light and non-oily! So Good!
