W.o.w ahhmazing. The bone fan was fantastic, I had the lamb and my colleague had the beef. The lamb was tender and full of taste. The other accompanying objects were such a great touch, the Dukka, the ribbons of carrots and the Red-Beete make it easy, even a lemon wedge .... perfection. Grief
