The food is always delicious. I typically order delivery. Recently, I dined in the restaurant. And while the food never disappoints, the service absolutely did. I wasn't greeted when I entered. Literally stood at the counter for more than a minute before I was acknowledged. It was awkward because I was the only customer at the time. I felt like more of a nuisance, not welcoming at all.
