HK lava french toast is great! Even though it’s deep fried and has a rich egg yolk filling, it does not feel greasy at all—the exterior has been patted dry. The toast and tea were warm, comforting, and moderately sweet. Service could be improved slightly though. I waited ten minutes for my change even though there was a line out the door. Service was on point, very quick and efficient. The food itself was just alright. The curry didn’t have too much flavor and the HK milk tea had way too much milk in it. The best of the dishes was the baked spaghetti, this one actually had some good flavors.
