My friend and I have visited Grafton Manor for Afternoon Tea and several occasions using the Groupon Vouchers. I have to say, contrary to other reviews, that we have always enjoyed it, we wouldn't be going back for more otherwise! The staff are always very welcoming. The hotel is an old Manor House style. This manor should exude style and opulence. No! Mis matched chipped tables and chairs. Stuff that should be put in a bin or attic left next to the mens toilets. Great young waiters but the hierarchy think they know whats best and look down their noses. Albeit that anyone with a brain can work out that a bar queue is solved by having someone working on it!
