it was my first time at rtr, but it will not be my last. the atmosphere was welcoming and interesting. I loved watching all the other mosses as they enjoyed rtr; they ranged from mid 20 to 50 . the food was innovat and delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.

When we booked the reservation there was no mention of a special Valentine's Day menu. I would have booked somewhere else for the price they were charging. Not worth it. Also really inattentive with checking if we wanted drinks etc. I would pay those prices for good food/service but it tasted like meals that someone was attempting with Blue Apron home delivery.
