I had a hot roast beef sandwich from the "smaller appetite" section of the menu in the lounge at the Heritage Inn. The roast beef was so dry, I could not chew it. I only had two bites and just could not finish it. I explained this to the server, but she did not acknowledge my complaint. She actually walked away without saying a thing!
