What Jason Gunderman doesn't like about Twelve Oaks:
The young bartender, I think someone called her Jess, needs a lesson on customer service. Never checked in once to see if I needed a drink or wanted to order food. I went to the bar numerous times to try and get service. Ordered food, she didn’t bother to see if I needed silverware or ketchup, so I did without.
