5.30pm Saturday , no one else waiting to be served, ordered 2 large hot chocolates with cream and marshmallows. The very pleasant assistant unfortunately hadn't mixed enough hot chocolate so had to mix more to top up the drinks, she went to get the cream from the fridge and the container was empty so had to mix some more.
