The service is impeccable - multiple staff members recognize me and often remember my order even when I haven't been in town for a couple of months. We did not stay at the hotel but went for dinner at the restaurant. Very bad restaurant Poem inside hotel experience. Incredibly expensive, three or four meal choices, food served cold... I felt literally robbed. View all feedback.
