As a bubble tea lover, Kung Fu Tea has my heart. Out of all the boba locations near UB, this tea shop pours the MOST tapioca pearls into their drinks. It's the dream of every boba-obsessed person. Their drink selection is vast-my personal favorite being their honey oolong milk tea- and the store has the most immaculate vibes. This place is now absolutely disgusting. And has terrible service on top of that. The last two times I came here, I waited 20 minutes for food they clearly forgot to make.
