I built my own bowl and they had a lot of great options. The only thing to be aware of is that they do run out of certain things as the day goes on. It wasn't the best poke I've ever had but it was good. The amount of food you get in a large is more than enough for one person even if it felt the amount of fish itself was lacking a bit.
