On Friday around 1230 I ordered a hot chai latte and an Oatmeal. The Oatmeal Is supposed to come with brown sugar, fruit and Almonds. I received none of those, they also gave me a fork instead of a spoon. There were no customers and the baristas were just standing there, so there is no reason not to make sure everything is included.
