Jack Astor's served up cold drinks and they have always had the best chicken fingers, which they served up with a new themed sauce. They were so good. The sesame chicken bowl is always good too. Our waiter as well as the front desk people and the manager were all friendly and in good spirits! View all feedback.

1st customer in bar for lunch. Ordered "not spicy" Bloody Caesar, no garnish and glass of ice water with lemon. She brought drink with all garnish, no water. When I took a sip of the Caesar it burnt my throat. Server was no where to be seen. Went up to bar, bartender not paying attention. Server noticed me. Replacement was brought which looked like they had poured out original and remade with no fresh ice or salted rim. Tasted watery and no alcohol. She was very unpleasant when I sent it back and asked for glass of wine instead. No "sorry's" "thank you's", smiles or acknowledgements. Slow service. Wanted to speak with manager but friend and I were trying to catch up and manager was walking around with big Swiffer and dusting things. Oh boy!!.
