We arrived 20 minutes before they usually close on Sundays and we were informed that they closed early because they ran out of their stock. The barista however was nice enough to offer a free coffee since the till was closed. Starbucks employees sometimes go far and beyond to make sure customers satisfaction is met. That is appreciated. Runs out of stuff often, twice I could not get a salted caramel cream cold brew, once they ran out of honey syrup for honey oat latte, and i've watched them make mistakes and then throw out the half made drinks : staff are friendly.
