this was used to be a really plush smart restaurant that served quite expensive, but very good eating. I guess it's not as good as it is in terms of decoration, but eating is still a really good standard. we went as a party of six for the two people two courses for £22 and enjoyed it. the maitre de was excellent if not a little harassed when the kitchen lasted to get the commands. they were busy and had a high time....
