Liked the (red) pizza sauce. Good ingredients. Not my favorite crust. Wish we were able to try him when he had a wider selection menu-being a Bushnell resident originally from Chicago was looking forward to a local chef winning over my taste buds. this place is horrible. they are open 1 or 2 days a week and when I watched him make it, the dough was old and brown and he used it anyway. can't see the color of dough when it's cooked. he's not clean and sanitary either. View all feedback.
