I come here only occasionally but I always have good quality/best value Chinese food for the I pay. Some ppl complain about the noodle and fried rice with no taste but do you really want strong flavor noodle/rice on top of already full flavored Chinese foods? What Don Dickey doesn't like about Panpan Wok:
I have been there twice. The food is fairly good, I didn't care much for the orange noodles. The chow mein was fairly good. The spicy shrimp I had did have a somewhat mushy texture, that was kind of a turn.off. Not sure if they were old or just poor quality shrimp. The War Wonton soup was quite good though.
