We arrived on a Wednesday without booking during the Calgary Stampede. The staff were friendly and fitted us into the bar which offers the same menu as the restaurant. So, Caesar's Steak House was good but not great. We had the onion soup to start and this was my favourite part of the meal (beside the wine). Delicious! Then came the meal.
