Our second visit this time, we had a really nice lady assisting us who had helped us before. I cannot remember her name, Cara or Kelly, I think. She was trying so hard and these older ladies were leaning on her continually like pit bulls, which seemed to upset and fluster her no matter how hard she tried. Is this how you run your business.
