Went for lunch as I work close to this pub, a bit of trepidation about going as it has the usual gang of smokers outside and the bottle depot close by is rough. Went inside and sat down, several tables of patrons were already in progress. Order the beef dip from the menu and waited. You'll actually die of thirst if you just go to play VLT's waitresses never ask if you would like something to drink or even offer a menu. The place has cleaned up a lot since Gus no longer owns it, and looks way better and cleaner. Still sucks when you don't get any service. read more.
