This concept is what we look for, fresh made, no preservative however both dishes we ordered had bone in the white meat chicken and in spite of trying to ask for follow up with the owners, nothing was done to date so all i can say is beware the prep is not at a level I consider worthy of a good review..the taste is there, the freshness there the prep lacking in care.
