My family of 4 people just arrive Calgary on today Aug 15. We are Thais. He have been in Vancouver for several days before coming to Calgary. We are a bit homesick. not to our homeland ,but to Thai food. Fortunately, our friends who has stayed here for three years took us to this Thai restaurant. We have dined at While Elephant in Calgary in the past, latest being Spring, 2017 then yesterday. The meal we had in the spring was amazing with such intricate flavours and extremely fresh food. Yesterday, Aug 4th, 2017 we were so disappointed. The soup had curdled, and the chicken that was used in the soup was dry and tasted like it was freezer burnt or something.
