this place must be really quiet. electric extension cords, border areas, scurry were dirty, us utensils folded with wet nasty serviettes, table sauces from date and crust, rat traps everywhere around the building, menu looked like it had been eaten by mice, chips were stale and looked like they were cooked twice, because they were stale but didn't help. it wasn't safe to eat here.
